Reasons Why we Bloat

HOW TO REDUCE BLOATING?

1. Getting adequate sleep:

Dehydration actually makes your body hold on more water, hence adequate hydration is the must to flush out the excess water.

3. Resetting your Circadian Rhythm:
Create a daily schedule with consistent activities during the day and at night. This includes a regular meal schedule and bedtime routine.

4. Regular Exercise Regimen:
Movement plays a major role in our overall health, in addition to metabolism and digestion. Set a goal of 10,000 steps per day, make sure you get up every two hours and walk around.

5. Reduce salt intake:
Avoid packaged and processed foods which have high levels of sodium.
