WHAT IS URIC ACID?
Uric acid is a natural waste product that is created when the body breaks down substances called purines. Uric acid build-up most generally impacts the bloodstream, leading to a condition called hyperuricemia.
The normal range for uric acid is below 6.8 mg/dl

HOW TO REDUCE URIC ACID?
Reducing uric acid level is about an overall healthy lifestyle
- Avoid smoking
- Exercise at least 5 days a week
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Quality sleep and a low purine
- Stay well hydrated (2-3 litres of water/day)
