Oats Bhakri

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups Quaker Oats
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • Green Chili (chopped)
  • Jeera
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Handful coriander leaves

Procedure:

1 . Mix all the ingredients

2 . Make a dough using warm water and oil

3 . Leave the dough to rest for 1/2 an hour

4 . Roll into thick rotis like bhakris ( by pressing between greased foil sheets )

5 . Roast on tawa
