To give you an overview, my weight loss program is based solely on balanced, healthy food and nutrition. I believe in creating a healthy lifestyle rather than promoting quick weight loss through the use of pills or unnecessary supplements.

Instead, we should focus on finding the root cause of why someone is gaining weight and why they are unable to lose it. If you do it the right way, the weight loss process can change you. Our body is a complex system governed by biological, chemical, and emotional factors that all need to be examined and harmonized. Weight loss, when practiced and developed into habits, comes with the beneficial side effects of stronger immunity, healthier skin, enhanced stamina, improved endurance, better sleep quality, and a calmer mind.
Diets do not work; smart eating habits do. The right amount of exercise for your body type, done in the right way and for the right amount of time, works. Quality sleep works, and a mind that is constantly emotionally detoxed works. I can confidently say that the human body can lose up to 2-3 kilos a month if you aim for weight loss in the proper, holistic way.
