Oats Soya Kebab

Power-packed with plant-based protein from soya and fibre-rich oats. Lightly spiced, shallow fried and made without any refined ingredient.

INGREDIENTS –

  • 1 cup Soya Chunks
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 medium size Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small size Carrot (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch Ginger (coarsely crushed)
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic (coarsely crushed)
  • 2 Green Chillies (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION –

1. Boil Soya Chunks in water for 5 mins, turn off the heat and take them out.

2. Rinse well and strain the water by squeezing them.

3. Churn 1 cup rolled oats and boiled soya chunks separately in a mixer and transfer it in a bowl.

4. Add chopped onion, coriander, and shredded carrot.

5. Add coarsely crushed garlic, ginger and green chilli.

6. Add white sesame seeds, coriander seeds, raw mango powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder and salt.

7. Combine everything well and prepare small tikkis

8. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them until both the sides are golden-brown

Pair with Green Chutney or Hung Curd Dip for a complete, satisfying snack.
