Dudhi Jowar Thalipith

Dudhi Jowar Thalipith- gluten free, gut friendly, and perfect for your weight goals.

INGREDIENTS –

  • 1 cup Jowar Flour
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 3 tsp Curd
  • 1/2 Dudhi (shredded)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 inch Ginger (coarsely crushed)
  • 2 Green Chilli (coarsely crushed)
  • 1/2 cup fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION –

1. Take shredded dudhi in a bowl, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, ajwain, jeera, coriander, sesame seeds and salt.

2. Add jowar flour, besan, rice flour, curd and mix everything nicely to make soft dough. You may add little water if required

3. Now take some dough with wet hands, spread the dough on the pan with hands.

4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and cook the thalipith from both sides.

Serve this healthy Dudhi Jowar Thalipith with Curd or Green Chutney for a delicious and nutritious meal.
