INGREDIENTS

FOR 1 BOWL-

  • 150gms Greek Yoghurt/ Dahi
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 3tbsp Oats
  • 2 tbsp Sattu Powder
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds
  • 5 Almonds
  • 2 Walnuts
  • 100ml Water
  • Fresh Fruits for toppings of your choice (Banana/ Dragon fruit/ Apple/ Mango/ Pomegranate)

PROCEDURE-

  1. Blend the base ingredients until smooth, thick and creamy texture.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Topped with your choice of fruits and mixed seeds beautifully.
