HYPERACIDITY- Don’t ignore the signs!

Hyperacidity is a common digestive concern where excess stomach acid causes burning sensation, bloating, sour burps, heaviness, and discomfort.

COMMON CAUSES :

  • Skipping meals
  • Spicy, fried and oily foods
  • Poor meal timings or late-night meal
  • Excess caffeine

DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS :

✅Start your day with a glass of water
✅ Include soaked black raisins
✅Include alkaline fruits and vegetables
like banana, papaya, beetroot,
cabbage, spinach, methi, bottle gourd
✅Aim for at least 2-3 litres of water
✅Eat small, frequent meals
✅Add Jeera- sauf- ajwain water at
bedtime for digestion
