INGREDIENTS-
1 cup Aliv Seeds
1 cup Coconut water
2 cup Coconut (grated)
2 cup Jaggery
2 tsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Jaiphal) Powder
PROCEDURE-
- Soak the aliv seeds for 1 hr in coconut water.
- Mix grated coconut and jaggery in soaked aliv.
- After 30 minutes cook the mixture in a pan with ghee.
- Gently mix everything together and continue to cook them over low heat.
- In couple of minutes, mixture will come together and starts to separating from pan.
- Turn off the heat and add nutmeg powder.
- Gently mix everything together and roll them into small balls.
