INGREDIENTS-
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup chopped Spinach
- ½ cup diced Tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped Onions
- ¼ cup chopped Capsicum
- ¼ cup grated Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
PROCEDURE-
1. Preheat oven to 350-degree F (175 degree C)
2. Whisk eggs and mix in vegetables and cheese.
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Pour mixture into greased muffin tins
