Jeera Sauf Methi Cinnamon Water

INGREDIENTS-

1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Sauf
1/2 tsp Methi seeds
1 small Cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
2-3 cups Water

PREPARATION-

  • Add jeera, sauf, methi, cinnamon to a pan.
  • Pour water over it.
  • Boil for 5-7 mins on medium flame until the water turns light golden-brown.
  • Switch off the heat and let it steep for 10 mins
  • Strain the water.
  • Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
