🌮 Moong Chila Tacos – Tasty bhi, Healthy bhi!

This dish offers the perfect balance of flavor and nutrition– light, wholesome, high in protein, gluten free, and super satisfying. Ideal for weight loss, lunch boxes or guilt free snacking!

Ingredients:

For chila batter:
Yellow moong dal
Green chilli
Ginger
Garlic

For Stuffing:

Lettuce
Carrot
Onion
Paneer
Tomato salsa

👩‍🍳 Preparation:

  • Soak yellow moong dal overnight.
  • Grind with chilli, garlic & ginger + little water → smooth batter.
  • Heat pan & make small thin chila discs (taco size).
  • Spread tomato salsa on each.
  • Add stuffing: julienned carrot, onion, lettuce & grated paneer.
  • Fold into tacos & enjoy warm!
