A plant- based protein rich chila. Incorporating moong chila into your diet can contribute to a well- rounded and healthy eating routine. Being easy to make , it provides a convenient and nutritious option for quick meal or snack.
Ingredients-
- 1 cup Green moong dal ( soaked overnight )
- 1 Green chilli ( finely chopped )
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Ginger, Garlic, Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Procedure–
- Soak the dal overnight. Drain off the excess water and grind the dal with corrainder, ginger, garlic and chili and add additional water if needed.
- Add cumin seeds and salt and spread to form thin pancake on a hot non-stick tawa. Use 1/2 tsp oil to grease the pan.
- Allow to cook for 2 mins and turn over.
- Serve with corrainder mint chutney.
