Ingredients :
- Mushroom 200 gms
- Garlic cloves 3-4
- 1 Onion
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure :
1 . Take 1 tsp olive oil , add chopped garlic and onions . Saute for 2-3 mins
2 . Add chopped mushrooms . Saute for 2 min . Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water . Simmer for 5 min and let the mushroom cook
3 . Blend the above mixture using hand blender . Add salt and pepper to taste
4 . Yummy , wholesome and nutritious mushroom soup is ready .
