Ingredients

1/2 Banana
1 1/2 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa powder
4-5 Almonds
2 Tsp Oats
2 Dates
200ml – Milk of your choice
2 tsp- Sattu powder
2-3 Ice cubes ( optional )

Procedure

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender .
  2. Blend until becomes creamy and smooth.
  3. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
