- 150gms Greek Yoghurt/ Dahi
- 1 frozen Banana
- 3tbsp Oats
- 2 tbsp Sattu Powder
- 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds
- 5 Almonds
- 2 Walnuts
- 100ml Water
- Fresh Fruits for toppings of your choice (Banana/ Dragon fruit/ Apple/ Mango/ Pomegranate)
PROCEDURE-
- Blend the base ingredients until smooth, thick and creamy texture.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Topped with your choice of fruits and mixed seeds beautifully.
