3 Fruits to be included in your diet this summer

1. TADGOLA ( ALSO KNOWN AS ICE APPLE):

Tadgolas have a good balance of micronutrients like sodium and potassium, which helps in maintaining the fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. This property of tadgolas is especially helpful during the summer to prevent dehydration and fatigue. Ice Apple or Tadgola is often used in ancestral therapy for curing digestion problems.
