Ingredients-
2 tsp mustard Oil
½ bowl fresh Coconut
½ bowl fresh Coriander leaves
½ inch ginger
3-4 garlic clove
1 green chilli
250gms drumsticks(4-5pcs)
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
Procedure-
- Grind fresh coconut, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic with ¼ cup water.
- Peel and cut drumsticks in medium pcs and boil in water until soft.
- Take a pan, add mustard oil, jeera and the green paste made. Cook for 2-3 mins on slow flame
- Add the drumstick with the water in the gravy, add spices like coriander powder, chili powder, salt and cook for another 5-6 mins.
- Yummy drumstick is ready. Enjoy with hot Jowar bhakris!!
