INGREDIENTS
3 cups Rice
1 cup Ragi
1 cup Poha
1 cup Urad Dal
1 tsp Methi seeds
Salt to taste
Water as required
PREPARATION
1. Wash the rice, urad dal, and methi seeds thoroughly.
2. Soak all the ingredients together for 7–8 hours.
3. Grind it into a smooth, fluffy batter.
4. Cover and ferment overnight.
5. Add salt and mix gently before making dosas.
6. Heat a dosa tawa and lightly grease it, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
7. Cook until golden and crisp, flip if desired and cook for another 30 seconds.
