Nutritious Ragi Crackers with Yogurt Dip

These ragi crackers are made with wholesome ragi flour, oats and whole wheat flour perked up with olive oil and sesame seeds. Olive oil gives these tasty crackers an exotic aroma and a wonderful crisp texture too.


1 cup Ragi/ Nachini flour
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled Oats
1 cup whole Wheat flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp sesame seeds
Salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients and knead into a stiff dough using enough water
  2. Roll out portion of dough into circle without using any flour for rolling
  3. Prick them all over using a fork and cut into square pieces
  4. Arrange them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree celcius for 25-30 mins while turning them once after 10-12 mins
  5. Keep aside to cool and serve with yogurt dip or humus or pesto sauce

Garlic and Herb Yogurt Dip:


1 cup hung curd
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients and serve with delicious ragi crackers.
