Ingredients:
- 1 cup Quaker oats
- 2 tsp Curd
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 Green chilli (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (chopped)
- Handful coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Take a bowl and add oats, curd, vegetables and all the remaining ingredients in it.
- Add water and make dosa batter consistency and soak the batter for 20-30- mins.
- Take a pan and make like dosa/ pancakes. Spray little oil as needed and cover for 2 mins
- When it turns Golden, flip it and cook until crispy.
- Chila is ready to serve with green chutney
