Oats Chilla-

If you’re on a weight loss journey and looking for a nutritious and satisfying breakfast option, look no further than Oats Chilla. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Quaker oats
  • 2 tsp Curd
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (chopped)
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add oats, curd, vegetables and all the remaining ingredients in it.
  2. Add water and make dosa batter consistency and soak the batter for 20-30- mins.
  3. Take a pan and make like dosa/ pancakes. Spray little oil as needed and cover for 2 mins
  4. When it turns Golden, flip it and cook until crispy.
  5. Chila is ready to serve with green chutney
