Ragi Ladoos

Ragi Ladoos are delicious, healthy and nutrient dense made with ragi flour, peanuts, almonds, sesame, seeds and jaggery. These ladoos make an amazing snack for toddlers, kids and women. Have made these ladoos number of times for my family and always turns out wonderful!

Ingredients

1 cup Ragi
1/4 cup Peanuts
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1/4 cup Almonds
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
3/4 cup Jaggery
2 tsp Ghee

Procedure

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast ragi flour for 10- 12 mins until you get a nice aroma.
  2. Set this aside to cool.
  3. Dry roast almonds, peanuts and sesame seeds until light golden brown.
  4. Add the nuts , seeds and jaggery in the blender and grind well.
  5. Add the ragi flour and blend all together.
  6. Make balls while the mixture is still warm. store in air tight container and enjoy!
