•1 cup Besan
•1 cup Spinach
•1 Green Chili
•1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
•1 tsp Ginger, grated
•2 cloves Garlic
•Coconut Oil to spray/brush
•1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds/ jeera
•1/2 tsp Salt
•1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
•1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
•1/4 cup Water
•In a bowl, add Besan and add all the dry spices.
•Grind spinach, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic.
•Add this mixture in the bowl. •Mix it and add water as needed to make dosa batter consistency.
•Prepare a hot pan and add 2 spoonful chila batter. Spread it like a thin dosa or pancake.
•Spray/brush 1/2 tsp coconut oil or ghee.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Flip it over and cook for few more seconds.
•Transfer to a plate and serve hot with green chutney or curd.
