Drumstick Soup:

While drumstick may be responsible for adding a variety to our recipe book, it also offers a plethora of health benefits-

Ingredients: ( Makes 2 bowls)
1 large Drumstick- peeled and cut in medium pcs
1 small Carrot- chopped
1/2 Yellow and Red Capsicum- chopped
2-3 pcs Mushroom- sliced
Lemon grass- for taste
1 small onion
4-5 cloves- garlic
1 small pc- ginger
Apple cider vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Take a pot, add 1 tsp olive oil and add onions, ginger and garlic and saute.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and saute for 2 mins. Add 3 cups water and add drumsticks, lemongrass.
  3. Let it boil on slow flame for 10 mins. Add salt and pepper for taste. Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar for extra flavor.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
