1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
¾ cup pineapple/green apple/ kiwi
1 small ripe banana
2 tsp Oats
1 tsp mixed seeds/ Chia seeds
1 cup water/ non-dairy milk (such as coconut milk /almond milk/ oats milk)
- Add everything in a mixer and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with chia seeds and serve.
