Kale Smoothie

Pineapple is magical with greens , start your day with this yummy ,healthy green smoothie . It is remarkably hydrating , incredibly nutrient-dense and even tastes fantastic. The combination of fiber, potassium, manganese and antioxidants in kale contribute to heart health, and beneficial for weight management.

Ingredients-

  • 3-4 Kale leaves
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 3-4 Slices pineapple
  • 5-6 Spinach leaves
  • 8-10 Mint leaves

Procedure-

1. Wash the kale, spinach and mint leaves thoroughly.

2. In the blender, combine apple, pineapple, kale, spinach and mint leaves.

2. Add 1 glass of water in it.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour into a glass and enjoy nutritious kale smoothie.
