Ragi Pancakes

Ingredients

⦁ 1 cup Wheat flour
⦁ 1 cup Ragi flour
⦁ 2 tsp Baking powder
⦁ 2 tsp Jaggery powder
⦁ 1/4 tsp Salt
⦁ 1 cup Milk
⦁ 1 tsp Ghee
⦁ 1 Egg

Procedure

  1. Mix wheat, ragi flour, baking powder, jaggery powder and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center and add milk, ghee, and egg.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Topped with any fruit of your choice and sizzle with some honey and enjoy.
