2 large Eggs
Pink salt
Ground black pepper
Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Olive oil
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 Cup fresh spinach, thoroughly washed and drained

Procedure –

  1. Take a pan, add olive oil, garlic and saute washed spinach for 2-3 mins. Season with salt and pepper and keep in aside
  2. Beat 2 eggs with 2 tsp milk, salt, pepper and mixed herbs in a cup
  3. Pour the egg mixture in a greased pan and add the saute spinach on one side. Top with little mozzarella cheese for taste. Cover for 2 mins. Fold the omlette and serve hot
